Returns
We want you to love your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused and in their original condition
- Products must be returned in original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you regarding the status of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be issued back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue so we can make it right as quickly as possible.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, contact our support team for assistance.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain used bedding products may not be eligible for return once opened or used extensively.
Return Shipping
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
